Sponsorship/Advertising Packages
Operating the Cavaliers would not be possible without the valuable support of the local fans and the community businesses. We want to partner with local businesses to help boost their businesses while they support our community's Valley Baseball League franchise. We offer several promotional packages shown below. If your business has another idea for a sponsorship package, we would be happy to discuss. The Cavalier team is governed by Culpeper Community Baseball, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Surpluses will be distributed to the community in the form of donations to the local little league and high school baseball and softball programs.
All Star Package
$10,000
Includes everything in the MVP Package below plus:
- Your company/organization's logo will be displayed on the sleeve of the uniform jerseys for 2 seasons.
- One of your two 1st pitch invitations will be for the home opener.

MVP Package
$7,500
Special recognition for 2 home games which includes:
- 9 business name announcements during both games.
- Invitation to throw out the first pitch both games.
- Space to set up a table to promote business both games.
In addition, sponsor will receive 750 tickets to be used at any of the home games, sponsor’s banner will be displayed during each home game, sponsor’s name will be announced 3 times during each home game, and sponsor's business logo with link will be displayed on the Cavaliers website.
Grand Slam Package
$5,000
Special recognition for 1 home game which includes:
- 9 business name announcements.
- Invitation to throw out the first pitch.
- Space to set up a table to promote business.
In addition, sponsor will receive 500 tickets to be used at any of the home games, sponsor’s banner will be displayed during each home game, sponsor’s name will be announced 3 times during each home game, and sponsor's business logo with link will be displayed on the Cavaliers website.
Perfect Game Package
$2,500
Special recognition for 1 home game which includes:
- 5 business name announcements.
- Space to set up a table to promote business.
In addition, sponsor will receive 250 tickets to be used at any of the home games, sponsor's banner will be displayed during each home game, sponsor's name will be announced 2 times during each home game, and sponsor's business logo with link will be displayed on the Cavaliers website.
Home Run Package

- 3 business name announcements.

In addition, sponsor will receive 150 tickets to be used at any of the home games, sponsor's banner will be displayed during each home game, sponsor's name will be announced 1 time during each home game, and sponsor's business logo with link will be displayed on the Cavaliers website.
No Hitter Package

- 2 business name announcements.
- Space to set up a table to promote business.
In addition, sponsor will receive 100 tickets to be used at any of the home games, sponsor's banner will be displayed during each home game, sponsor's name will be announced 1 time during each home game, and sponsor's business logo with link will be displayed on the Cavaliers website.
Triple Play Package
$750
Sponsor's banner will be displayed during each home game, sponsor's name will be announced 1 time during each home game, and sponsor's business logo with link will be displayed on the Cavaliers website.
Walk-Off Hit Package
$500
100 tickets for single designated game, sponsor's name will be announced 1 time during the same designated home game, and sponsor's business logo with link will be displayed on the Cavaliers website.
First Pitch Package
$500
Sponsor's representative will throw out the first pitch at a designated home game, sponsor will get 10 tickets for the same designated home game, sponsor's name will be announced 1 time during the same designated home game, and sponsor's business logo with link will be displayed on the Cavaliers website.
Bus Ride Sponsor
$500
Help us defray the cost of transportation to one of our away games. In return, sponsor will be recognized at the next home game with a thank you announcement and sponsor's business logo with link will be displayed on the Cavaliers website.
Website Package
$200
Sponsor's business logo with link will be displayed on the Cavaliers website.
Webcast Sponsor
$200
Sponsor’s name will be announced throughout the game via live streaming audio feed linked to the Valley Baseball League's website, the Cavaliers website and Game Central’s Stretch Internet.
Inning Sponsor
$100
Sponsor’s name will be announced before and during a sponsored inning.
Dinner Sponsor
In-Kind
Provide a post-game meal for our team. We need businesses or families willing to prepare, provide, or purchase a meal for the team at each home game. Dinners should be able to feed about 40 people. Please provide plates, napkins, utensils, cups, and drinks. The sponsor’s name will be announced at least 1 time during the game. In addition, we feed the team after our away games too, something simple like pizza. Sponsors will be recognized at the next home game with a thank you announcement.
