Our Success Depends on Our Volunteers!

Coordinators help plan non-baseball events like socials, fundraisers, golf tournaments, etc. Assistants aid with general stadium operations. On any given night, they may be asked to pass out promotional materials at the front gate, help with special events in the park, keep kids safe throughout the facility, etc.

Know anyone who has a passion for baseball and softball and wants to help youth who play these sports. Ask them to donate to Culpeper Community Baseball, Inc.

Know of any area business owners who want to get more name recognition and grow their business? Ask them to sponsor/advertise with the Culpeper Cavaliers. There are many packages to choose from.

Work at the ticket tent during each home game selling tickets to fans wanting to attend the game.

Work in the kitchen/snack bar during each home game. This can be a fast-paced, high-energy job on many nights. 

Walk around the park during each home game and sell 50/50 raffle tickets to all fans in attendance.

Work in the merchandise tent during each home game and sell Cavaliers shirts, caps, and other items.

Help direct parking traffic during each home game making sure those who need it are able to park in the lot closest to the field.

Help retrieve foul balls and home runs during home games and return them to the home dugout.
